This is a once per season scholarship to go towards participation fees.  We also request that you volunteer with the organization you will play for, or pay a $10 co-pay towards your sponsorship. The other organization may request that you pay the difference in fees for their program. Lastly we will send a post survey for you to complete at the end of the season to help demonstrate the benefit of offering youth scholarships to Flagler County youth. 

Names and contact information is not shared with any other organization. Except for if you are requesting sponsorship for another organization. We will use general information (excluding names and contact information) such as grade improvements, attendance improvements, or other areas of improvements/benefits to help support the continuation of this scholarship fund.
