This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

Partial refunds available up until 1 practices are in, or up until prior to playing in the 1st game whichever comes first. Refunds will deduct the $30 deposit. Request (coaches, practice times, etc.) are not guaranteed, and are based on the coach's roster. 

PLEASE NOTE:

5v5/3v3 K-2, 3rd-5th 5v5/3v3 depending on registrations for 3-5th. May Tues or Friday and June  Monday or Wednesday practices. Games will be on the Tues/Friday for May, and Mon/Wed for June’s
